LUNCHEON CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE

I wish to share a recipe for elementary luncheon duck salad with celery as well as mayonnaise as well as tough baked eggs.

Ingredients:

2 cups baked cut-up chicken
1 crater chopped celery
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt as well as peppers to taste
1/2 crater mayonnaise, or as desired
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Preparation:
Toss initial 5 mixture together, adding sufficient mayonnaise to dampen to preferred consistency. Fold in chopped eggs. Serve upon lettuce leaves as well as ornament as desired.
Serves 6.
